Thanksgiving 2007

Mi Familia - From right to Left: Olivia and me,Victoria, Matty and Abuela.

Abuela Carmen and Olivia!

A big THANK YOU to Abuela, who got us the "green diapers"- they make Olivia's butt look so cute!

My sister-in-law celebrated her birthday on the 21st and I decided to give her the gift of "Twilight"...and I also liked how my wrapping turned out, so I decided to take a pic.

Thanksgiving Project: Wooden Stackers!!

Matthew and Honey. Matty discovered he's not afraid of dogs anymore!!!

The Turkey Trotters: Jen (right), Jeff, Steve (center), Nadene, and Robert (left)

Happy Turkey Day!!! The latest offshoots of the Gibbons Fam!!

The kiddos starting from right: Sydney, Meliah, Carys, Tristen and Matthew.

We traveled to Dallas for Thanksgiving since both sets of Grandparents live there. We hung out with Abuela (Jaz's mom) the night we got in until heading over to Grandma and Grandpa's house (Steve's parents). We had a fun day of crafts for the girls, while the guys had to watch the kids. On Thanksgiving, several of the fam ran in the 3 mile Turkey Trot in downtown Dallas (kind of a tradition in our fam that gets around 50,000 runners/volunteers/organizers) and then we ate at the Gibbons around noon. Later, we went to Dave and Busters to eat with Jaz's fam - and while we were there it started snowing! The flakes were huge, and Matthew loved it. Friday was game-day with all the family - which meant food, football, and card games. Saturday was hang out time with Jaz's mom again. Sunday we came back and chilled after the 5 hour drive.

We are grateful for all the food, lodging, babysitting, etc...that the fam provided. And now, there are only 3 weeks left until school is done for the semester and we gear up for Christmas!

I love the matching shirts. That is such a cute idea. I love the gift wrapping of Twilight-that is such a cute idea, and also the block crafts.

That sounds fun! I love how you all had matching Thanksgiving shirts on. I was looking all over for you in the Thanksgiving Trot picture, but didn't see you Jazmin. I guess you were too busy taking the picture! Anyways, looks like you had a fun day!

Oh and the gift wrap was awesome! Cool crafts too!

Thank you all for you nice comments, I hope everyone had a fun Thanksgiving!! Anyway, to answer Chrissy's question, YES!! I love the gdiapers!!! they are great and I have been flushing them with no problems!!! I recommend them, the only thing is that they are pricier, however, the flushing thing makes them worth it!
