This is what at bathroom looked like when we moved in. It had a faux paint all over that made the bathroom look kind of dirty. So this is the BEFORE pic.

This is the AFTER pic. I wanted the bathroom to look clean and bigger, so we decided to do a horizontal lines one shade darker than the wall color. Horizontal lines make things look BIGGER so don't wear horizontal lines unless you have a tiny waist!

This is the bathroom before striping...

Steve did an amazing job at marking dots to connect the lines all around the bathroom!

After the paint job we added accessories.. like Scensty (gotta have that in the bathroom!) ;)

Towels and cheap art!

I got those sand dollars from Corpus Christi last year, and finally got to use them!
Or at least I am. Ok, so I have lots to update on, and I will start with this small post. So, we have tons still to do to the house, mostly decorating related (Thank God) we haven't run into a major expense yet, so we are happy in our new home! The one room in the house that I decided to decorate right away was the guest/kids bathroom. That was the smallest and most visited room in the house, so I figure it should be the first one to get the 'Jaz' treatment. Here are some before and afters (gotta love those!) for people who care to see them!
There you have it! out tiny bathroom makeover! I will update you on out kitchen, because that's the next room I'm gonna tackle!
