Updates!

So, I have started to get ready for our trip to CHICAGO!!! I'm excited/scared (hate flying) but mostly excited. I have to admit it, but I haven't felt like blogging for some reason... Anyway, there are a few new things in our lives right now, the most important is that Steve is done with 2nd year!!! -- can you hear; a woot-woot! That's right, in just a month we will be 3rd years!!! Halfway done! With Steve studying so hard, his eyesight has gotten really bad, so it was time to get glasses for him! He was not thrilled, but I needed some too. So, we went to get our eyes checked & headed to the glasses store to pick out our new eyes, and this is what we ended up with! I have been to the optometrist before, but it was hard to find glasses that were covered by Medicaid. And the selection they give to choose from is so small. We were happy we could find some decent choices. Also, Matty graduated to a booster car seat! He is 45 lbs. and sooooo tall! It's weird because Olivia is such a little shrimp! Matthew loves his new car seat because it comes with a built-in cup holder. He was so thrilled by that! Lastly, Olivia has finally started to say some stuff. She says; "ball", "down" & what sounds like "thank you." Not much, but she has started to progress more in that department. So anywho, that is all that is new with our family. I will update soon on a couple of fun things that I got to do this week since Steve was home. Until, later!
