Yes, Michael Phelps might be like a fish in the water but Matthew is like a fish having and OUT of water experience, while in the water! Hey, at least they have something in common, right? Matthew was not a fan of swimming lessons, but now that his lessons are over he definitely has progressed in the swimming department! While going to swimming lessons, Matthew was by far the most challenging kid there. He didn't pass his level because he refused to put his face in the water, but now that classes are over he does! I think he felt pressured while taking lessons. Anyway, he did learn several things, he learned to stroke and kick, and he puts half his face in the water. All, in all, it was a success! I think I might enroll him again in September so that he learns to swim this year. He seems more confident now that he's not feeling the pressure to perform. I really liked taking swim lessons with him. Even though, we had some hard times, I loved spending time with my little prince. I miss hanging out just him and me, like old times. So, enjoy the cute pictures of him in his SWIM AMERICA swim suit! he looks so official! I couldn't take some of him in the water because I was in the water too. Anyhow, enjoy the pics!

I love that little swimsuit!
Tris & Syd both just learned to swim this summer. Goggles made all the difference for us. We spent two summers working on it and as soon as they got their kids goggles, it was like boom! No more issues with faces in the water and learning to breathe! I totally recommend it!
Hey do you have SW passes this year?
