I'm a little behind on posts, but here is one I couldn't skip! Two weeks ago, our friends the Collette's invited us to Hamilton Pool in Austin. It's basically some water hole that creates a natural pool. Well, it was really fun! We got to ride in the Collette's new van, and the ride there was great - the kids were really good and mostly chilled. The "pool" is about an hour from SA, and when you get there you have to park, and then do a little 1/2 mile hike to the "pool". Everything was natural. The bathrooms just had toilets with holes, and then there are the snakes in the pool!!! YEAH, SNAKES! TOO NATURAL! Still, we had a fun family day, Matthew and his friend Isaac were brave enough to go swimming after the snake sighting, and the girls (moms included) just chilled on the blanket and snacked. It was a really fun Saturday day! Did I mention I barfed in the Collette's new van on the way there?! Well, into a grocery bag, not on their seats. Yeah, sorry guys! Ok, so the ride there wasn't perfect, but at least the kids behaved!

Love this place. When we were there there was a waterfall, so that was cool. looks like u had fun. :)
How fun - we'll have to check it out someday. I cannot believe how big Olivia is!! She's a little girl now! Crazy.

That looks like muchos fun! Except for the barf part - that stinks! Im with you - no swimming with snakes for me.
That is the same place we went to a long time ago, but there was a waterfall. I would definitely have freaked out about the snake. He even looks mean. - Chrissy
